Medical laboratory technician

You should possess a Diploma in medical laboratory technician or Post graduation diploma in clinical genetics or medical laboratory technicians, or B.Sc in Medical laboratory technician. With a minimum experience of 1-2 years in a similar role, you should have the skills to multi-task effectively, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle workloads efficiently. Flexibility is key, as you should be willing to work in different shifts, including night shifts and collection center duties. Prior experience in phlebotomy is required, along with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Konkani languages. It is essential to have experience in all sections of the laboratory.
