Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Testing: Perform and validate high-complexity assays in areas like Clinical Chemistry, Specialized Hematology, and Immunology.
• Troubleshooting: Expertly operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated laboratory instrumentation and resolve complex QC failures.
• Quality & Judgment: Exercise critical judgment in result verification, report critical values, and ensure adherence to internal quality protocols.
• Mentorship: Serve as a technical resource, assisting with training and problem-solving for junior staff.

Requirements:

• Education: BSc or MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Technologist in a high-volume clinical laboratory.
