Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Assistant located in Aligarh. The Medical Laboratory Assistant will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, handling and maintaining laboratory equipment, collecting and processing samples, and ensuring accurate results. Daily tasks include maintaining the cleanliness of the lab, preparing specimens for examination, and communicating findings with medical staff.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Medicine and Laboratory Skills
• Experience handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
• Strong understanding of Medical Terminology
• Effective Communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to follow protocols and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Previous experience in a medical laboratory setting is an asset
• Certificate or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
