Medical Coding Freshers

As a Medical Coder and Biller, your role will involve investigating, evaluating, and managing calls to complete coverage analysis using Xactimate estimating software. You will be responsible for confirming or denying coverage, obtaining vehicle information from the DMV, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies on each call. Your responsibilities will include abiding by laws and regulations associated with HIPAA and patient confidentiality, as well as coordinating Medicare, Medicaid, and secondary insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate, evaluate, and manage calls for coverage analysis using Xactimate estimating software - Obtain vehicle information from the DMV - Follow HIPAA policies on each call - Ensure compliance with company regulations and Medicaid requirements - Coordinate Medicare, Medicaid, and secondary insurance coverage - Review automobile titles and complete transfers and owner retention DMV documents with customers - Identify claims for potential fraud and abuse and process expedited appeals and organizational determinations - Assist in training new CSAs on job responsibilities to increase office productivity - Devise creative and cost-effective incentive and morale-boosting programs for CSAs - Assist veterans and their dependents in determining eligibility for VA benefits via phone contact and personal interview Qualifications Required: - Medical/Paramedical graduation - CPC certification - 2 years of service level agreement - Good knowledge of medical coding and billing systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts, and principles The company offers a salary range of Rs1.8 LPA to Rs 2.2 LPA for this full-time position with day shifts. You will be required to work from the office in Kochi, and candidates aged 30 and below are eligible to apply.
