Medical Coder

To be successful in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in health information systems or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a medical coder. Proficiency in computer skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong people skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to maintain the confidentiality of information are essential qualities that you should possess. You will also be responsible for performing chart audits and ensuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.
