Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICD-10-AM Medical Coder with 0–3 years of experience to support our current projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and compliant coding across a variety of medical records. This is an on-site role that requires a proactive professional ready to join our team immediately

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately assign ICD-10 AM, codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
• Ensure all coding is compliant with current regulatory, payer, and audit requirements.
• Maintain high standards of coding accuracy and documentation integrity.
• Collaborate with internal audit and quality teams to identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
• Stay up to date with evolving coding regulations, industry standards, and payer guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on documentation and coding practices.

Requirements:

• Certification is mandatory.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in medical coding.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 AM coding systems.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to coding quality and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
