Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Media Support Specialist to join our team. The Media Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the creation, distribution, and troubleshooting of multimedia content and audiovisual systems. This role works closely with teams across the organization to ensure high-quality media experiences for internal and external communications, events, training sessions, and other productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for multimedia equipment, including projectors, cameras, microphones, digital signage, and video conferencing systems.
• Assist in the recording, editing, and production of video and audio content for presentations, training materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and maintain media libraries, digital assets, and AV hardware inventory.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems for live events, webinars, and meetings (both virtual and in-person).
• Collaborate with content creators, IT, marketing, and other departments to deliver engaging and effective multimedia materials.
• Ensure all multimedia content meets brand and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on media technologies and recommend improvements or new tools.
• Provide training and documentation for staff on the use of media tools and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in media production, AV support, or a related role.
• Proficiency with multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, OBS, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Familiarity with AV equipment and video conferencing platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education Qualification :

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a media support role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
