Use NLP techniques to process, analyze, and derive insights from unstructured text, subtitles, social media content, etc. Analyze large datasets from media platforms to extract meaningful patterns and trends. Work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions. Build, test, and deploy predictive models and algorithms using Python. Perform model evaluation, validation, and tuning to improve performance. Present insights and results through compelling visualizations and storytelling. Key Skills: Programming: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Machine Learning: Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML techniques. NLP: Experience with NLP libraries like SpaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace, Transformers, etc. AI: Understanding of deep learning models and their applications in text/audio/image data. Data Handling: Experience working with large, unstructured datasets. Media Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Exposure to content analysis, ad targeting, viewer analytics, or similar. Good to Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Job Description: AI/ML Gen AI Expert (4-7 Years Experience) Role Overview: We are looking for a ML/AI Gen AI Expert with 4-7 years of experience for executing AI/GenAI use cases as POCs . Media domain experience (OTT, DTH, Web) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Identify, define, and deliver AI/ML and GenAI use cases in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Design, develop, and deploy models (ML and GenAI) using Google Clouds Vertex AI platform. Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific applications, ensuring responsible AI practices. Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure robust, scalable, and secure data pipelines feeding ML models. Document solutions, workflows, and experiments to support reproducibility, transparency, and handover readiness. Core Skills: Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, including AutoML, Pipelines, Model Registry, and Generative AI Studio. Experience with LLMs and GenAI workflows, including prompt engineering, tuning, and evaluation. Python and ML frameworks proficiency (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers). Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with data, product, and business teams. Technical Skills: Vertex AI on Google Cloud Model training, deployment, endpoint management, and MLOps tooling. GenAI tools and APIs Hands-on with PaLM, Gemini, or other large language models via Vertex AI or open source. Python Proficient in scripting ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and model evaluation. ML/GenAI Libraries scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain. Cloud & DevOps Experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage), CI/CD for ML, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Experience in the media domain (OTT, DTH, Web) and handling large-scale media datasets.

Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns in media backend domain Expertise in Media Supply Chain domain with deep understanding of Media Supply Chain Backend systems including Subscriber Management System, Rights Management, Content Management, DRM & Video Streaming 10+ years of experience with general-purpose programming, architecture of distributed system. 5+ years of media services on cloud (AWS preferred) experience Candidates should demonstrate senior-level proficiency in Go and/or Java, with expertise in frameworks such as Spring Boot or Vert.x, as well as experience with AWS services (or Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and tools like Kafka, gRPC, and ISTIO service mesh Commendable track record of delivering complex software engineering systems and platforms.
