Role Overview

We are looking for a Media Buying Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to generate high-quality leads for our SaaS products.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and experienced in running performance-driven ad campaigns for B2B or SaaS businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for SaaS product campaigns.
• Create and manage ad creatives, copy, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce engaging ad assets.
• Analyze funnel performance and continuously refine campaigns for better ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, Meta Ads, and Google/YouTube platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in media buying or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and YouTube Ads (Google Ads interface).
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign analytics.
• Experience running campaigns for SaaS, B2B, or tech products (preferred).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Basic knowledge of funnel marketing, remarketing, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads/YouTube Ads.
