We're seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Media Buyer with a proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns for US clients. This role requires someone who can independently strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while delivering exceptional ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for US-based clients
- Develop comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to US market audiences and consumer behavior
- Independently manage campaign budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ monthly
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting optimization for US demographics
- Create and test multiple ad sets, audiences, and creative variations to maximize performance
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to drive data-informed optimization decisions
- Implement advanced testing methodologies including A/B testing, creative testing, and audience testing
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving cost efficiency
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and emerging features
- Provide strategic recommendations and performance reports to clients and stakeholders
- Manage relationships with US clients, understanding their business goals and KPIs
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in the US market
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist
Must have extensive experience working with US clients and understanding US market dynamics
Proven expertise managing substantial ad budgets on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns with clear ROI metrics and case studies
Deep understanding of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads platform
Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Expertise in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and analytics setup
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data and making strategic decisions
Knowledge of US consumer behavior, time zones, and seasonal trends
Experience with direct response marketing and performance-driven campaigns
Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
Required Portfolio Elements:
- Minimum 5 case studies showing campaign results (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates)
- Evidence of managing US market campaigns with clear geographic targeting
- Examples of scaling campaigns from testing to significant daily budgets
- Before/after optimization results showcasing your impact
- Budget sizes managed and corresponding results achieved
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce brands, DTC companies, or lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other paid media channels
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and ad creative best practices
- Understanding of iOS 14+ tracking challenges and privacy updates
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Hyros, etc.)
- Experience managing agencies or working with US-based remote teams
