Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly driven Media Buyer with at least 2 years of experience in handling high-budget digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation (1,0002,000 leads/month).

The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads, Push Notification traffic, and Pay-Per-Call campaigns, and comes from an affiliate or lead gen background. Youll be responsible for scaling campaigns efficiently within budgets ranging from 10 to 20 lakhs per month.

Preferred candidate profile

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Native platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain), and push notification networks.
• Generate qualified leads at scale (1,0002,000/month) while maintaining cost-efficiency (CPA targets).
• Work on Pay-Per-Call campaigns, managing traffic to call centers or IVR flows.
• Manage high ad spend efficiently (1020 lakhs/month) with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
• Perform audience research, build detailed targeting strategies, and test creatives regularly.
• Monitor campaign performance daily; analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Collaborate with affiliate managers, designers, and funnel optimization teams.
• Stay up to date with the latest ad policies, platform updates, and affiliate compliance guidelines.
• Work with tracking platforms and affiliate dashboards to manage campaign links and reporting.
