As a Process Associate at HCL Tech, you will be responsible for interacting with various Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to deliver exceptional customer support services. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
