Role Overview

Mechatronics Engineer

Mumbai lab

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  mechanical systems, end-effectors, and fixtures

  for 6-DOF robotic manipulators.
• Integrate and calibrate

  ultrasonic sensors, cameras, torque and force sensors

  into robotic systems.
• Develop embedded firmware and control software in

  Python/C++/ROS

  for motion control and automation.
• Collaborate with AI and software engineers to connect robotic data streams to the

  Noos AI inspection platform

  .
• Conduct

  on-site testing, calibration, and maintenance

  at client turbine sites.
• Ensure system safety, precision, and repeatability through mechanical and software optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in

  Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  .
• Strong background in

  robotic systems

  ,

  motion control

  , and

  ROS/MoveIt

  frameworks.
• Proficient in

  Python, C++, and embedded programming

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  CAD design (SolidWorks/Fusion 360)

  and rapid prototyping.
• Practical knowledge of sensors, actuator integration, and control algorithms.
• Willingness to work

  on-site full-time in Mumbai

  and visit turbine sites as needed.
