Mechanical Technician

Location: Kuwait

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and technically inclined individuals to join our team as Bolting Technicians. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing controlled bolting activities on-site using hydraulic and pneumatic tools, ensuring the integrity and safety of flanged joints, piping systems, and mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bolting operations (torquing and tensioning) using appropriate equipment as per project requirements
• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of hydraulic torque and tensioning tools
• Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and torque procedures
• Ensure all bolted connections are leak-free and meet required standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including torque values and joint history
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and fellow technicians
• Assist with other mechanical activities when required (as part of a multi-skilled team)

Key Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Training or certification in bolting tools (Hydraulic Torque/Tensioning) is an advantage
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn for freshers

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome and will receive on-the-job training
• Experienced candidates (1-8 years) in bolting, flange management, or mechanical fitting will be given preference

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial tools
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
