Mechanical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical operations and maintenance within the manufacturing unit.
• Monitor, repair, and maintain production machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Plan and oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Allocate work to technicians/operators and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production lines.
• Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts records, and equipment performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for smooth operations.
• Provide training and technical guidance to team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Hands-on experience in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and mechanical manuals.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
