1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Initial design of the process flow of the crushing plant operation.
2. Supervision and coordination of erection, commissioning, operation, maintenance & repairs of Crusher Plant.
3. Accountable for the material inwards, production and dispatches of the plants.
4. MIS Reports - Daily Progress Report, Daily Production Report, Weekly & Monthly performance report and Consumption & Costing report.
5. Initiate and follow up the procurement process of Spares & materials.
6. Production, planning and maintenance of the crushing & screening plant.
7. Manpower management to ensure optimum utilization.
2. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
