As a Simulation Engineer at the company located in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing simulations to replicate real-world scenarios. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating closely with engineering teams to understand project requirements, utilizing simulation software to create accurate models, and analyzing the results to provide actionable insights. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting issues, optimizing simulation processes, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the engineering team. We are looking for a talented and experienced Mechanical Simulation Engineer to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in computer-aided design (CAD), proven experience in mechanical simulation, and a passion for advancing sustainable aviation technologies. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the structural and thermal integrity of critical components, enabling the safe and efficient operation of our eVTOL platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed mechanical simulations, including structural, thermal, dynamic, and fatigue analyses for key components and systems of the eVTOL aircraft. - Develop and validate CAD models for simulations, ensuring alignment with design specifications and manufacturing requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, systems engineering) to integrate simulation results into the overall vehicle design process. - Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) as required, utilizing industry-standard tools. - Optimize designs based on simulation feedback, balancing performance, weight, and cost considerations. - Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support certification and compliance processes. - Troubleshoot mechanical issues during prototyping and testing, leveraging simulation insights to recommend solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in mechanical simulation, with hands-on experience in CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or equivalent). - Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar. - Strong understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes, especially for lightweight structures. - Prior experience in the aerospace or automotive industry is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.,

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Mechanical engineering, with specialized knowledge in structural design, seismic calculation, and wind study for medium and high voltage capacitor banks. Your primary focus will be on designing and calculating the heating and ventilation requirements for the reactive power compensator panels. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for all mechanical aspects related to medium and high voltage capacitor banks specifically for structural calculations involving seismic, wind and short circuit loads. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the continuous growth of our organization Your Responsibilities: Responsible for doing the structural design for medium and high voltage capacitor bank. Calculating heating and ventilation requirements for reactive power compensation and harmonic mitigation panels for LV, MV & HV. Designing outdoor capacitor banks while considering wind speed. Performing seismic and vibration analysis for capacitor banks. Able to prepare the layout diagram for MV, HV & EHV capacitor banks by using software such as AUTOCAD and CREO. Utilizing mechanical simulation software such as ANSYS. Possessing Knowledge on PLM is an added advantage. Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters.
