Mechanical Rotating Equipment Service Supervisor

You will be responsible for implementing maintenance and operations procedures, as well as inspection checklists during activities execution while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. It is essential to execute all jobs with a primary focus on safety through proper practices in accordance with the work permit system, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks. Your role will involve carrying out cost-effective jobs based on standard maintenance practices, maintenance as per Equipment Standards, and engineering standard guidelines. You must ensure that all activities related to operational issues and product material handling are performed following safe practices. Accountability for rectification is crucial in case of any defects arising during day-to-day job execution due to poor maintenance, poor workmanship, human error, non-compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) or guidelines, or lack of proper training. Your attention to detail is necessary to ensure defect-free quality work. Maintaining high housekeeping standards is also part of your responsibilities, along with the execution of identified contractor jobs or findings communicated by the operations team.
