Position: Mechanical Recruiter - TAG Exp: 2 - 6 years NP : Immediate - 15days Location: Bangalore (Brookefield) Skills Looked up for Primary: Mechanical Recruiter, Technical Recruitment, End to End Recruitment, Leadership Hiring Develop and implement strategies for Mechanical Technology Hiring (CAD Software) & Leadership hiring. Source and attract top executive talent to meet organizational needs. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership roles. Partner with senior management and hiring managers to align hiring goals. Proficient in using job portals , ATS systems , and social media platforms for sourcing Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future leadership positions Good Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle. Handling Domestic staffing Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms. Good experience in IT end-to-end recruitment. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Coordinating interviews with the clients and hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Completing timely reports on employment activity.
