Role Overview

SILO operations, erection, commissioning, and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee mechanical project execution including

  SILO operations, storage systems, piping, fabrication, erection, and commissioning

  .
• Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material planning.
  
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth progress.
  
• Review and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications; resolve design and execution issues.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.
  
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and procurement teams for integrated project execution.
  
• Implement and enforce safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
  
• Provide MIS reports, project updates, and documentation for senior management and clients.
  
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
  

• 8-12 years of experience

  in mechanical project execution, preferably in

  SILO projects, bulk material handling, and industrial infrastructure

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SILO operation and maintenance

  .
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end project lifecycles.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
  
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (ISO, OSHA, ASME, etc.).
  
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
