Mechanical Project Manager

The Project Manager for Fire Projects will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all project management activities from the office/site visit. This role involves project scheduling, tracking, procurement, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
• Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and explore new vendors for cost effective solutions.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience in project management
