Job Responsibilities

• Product design and

  detail engineering

  of mechanical / mechatronic systems
• 3D modeling and detailing using

  UG NX / CATIA / SolidWorks

• Preparation of

  2D drawings

  with proper

  GD&T

  standards
• Design, testing, and assembly of

  electro-pneumatic systems

• Creation of

  manufacturing drawings

  for:
• Machined components
• Sheet metal parts
• Exposure to

  various manufacturing processes

  (machining, fabrication, sheet metal, etc.)
• Preparation of

  process sheets / route cards

• Basic understanding of:

• Electronic components

• PCB fundamentals

  (interface-level knowledge)

Mandatory Skills

• Product Design & Detail Engineering
• 3D CAD tools:

  NX / CATIA / SolidWorks

• GD&T & manufacturing drawings
• Electro-pneumatic systems
• Machining & sheet metal knowledge
• Process sheet preparation

Added Advantage

• Mechatronics background
• Exposure to electronics & PCB basics
• Defense / aerospace project exposure (good to have)
