Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and repair.

Roles and Responsibility

Carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities on priority basis as per checklists.
Coordinating with production teams and shift in-charges to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Managing manpower, including helpers and AMC contractors.
Following up on work permit systems to ensure smooth operations.
Preparing daily reports and log sheets to track progress.
Plant maintenance and reducing downtime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance.

Job Requirements

Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical fitter roles.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Experience working with AMC contractors, lubricants, and mechanical projects.
Ability to handle manpower and maintain equipment.
Familiarity with green field projects and IT software application programming/maintenance is an added advantage.
