Mechanical Engineering Intern

As a Metal Fabrication & Assembly Technician at Nytt Analytics Pvt Ltd in Sulur, Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in our innovative fabrication and construction solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Fabrication & Cutting: - Accurately measure, mark, and cut steel/metal components. - Operate cutting machines, grinders, and drilling tools proficiently. - Maintain precision in dimensions and finishing of fabricated parts. - Assembly Work: - Fit and align fabricated metal parts for modular construction. - Perform bolting, welding, and fixing following instructions. - Assist in on-site assembly and installation tasks. - Quality & Safety: - Adhere to work instructions and fabrication drawings. - Ensure structural stability and safe handling of materials. - Maintain tools, equipment, and safety practices at all times. - Team Coordination: - Collaborate with engineers and supervisors for timely project delivery. - Report challenges and propose practical improvements for efficient operations. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience in metal cutting, fitting, and assembly. - Proficiency in welding, drilling, and grinding operations. - Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings. - Physical capability to handle various fabrication tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Fabrication trades. - 2+ years of experience in fabrication or construction projects. - Experience in modular structures would be advantageous.
