1. Plan and execute maintenance projects.
2. Manage and guide the mechanical team.
3. Plan, schedule and update preventive maintenance activities.
4. Identify mechanical breakdowns and carry out root cause analysis.
5. Support the design and layout of mechanical projects.
6. Conduct daily and monthly machine checks to ensure correct process parameters, safety and product quality.
7. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for machines, maintenance and safety.
8. Work closely with Production, Quality and Safety teams to improve processes and complete projects successfully.
9. Improve machine design and working methods to reduce downtime, save cost and increase machine life.
10. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, checklists and maintenance reports.
11. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, breakdown reports and improvement actions.
