Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are met.
  
• Coordinate with operators and shift in-charges for smooth workflow.
  
• Implement and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and safety protocols.
  
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal machine downtime.
  
• Maintain records related to production output, downtime, and rejection.
  
• Assist in capacity planning, process improvements, and layout changes.
  
• Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to ensure product quality and equipment reliability.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  
• Participate in regular audits, process reviews, and team meetings.
  
• Provide technical support to operators and conduct on-floor training if required.
  

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
  
• Understanding of production planning, tooling, and machine operation.
  
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar design tools (preferred).
  
• Familiar with ISO standards and 5S, Lean, or Kaizen practices.
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and in shift operations.
  
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
