Mechanical Engineer/ Technician- Building Materials (Quartz Surfaces)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning procedures of process equipment. Additionally, you will assist in installing new equipment and systems, ensuring correct assembly and functionality. Your role will also involve overseeing the planning of all mechanical maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, breakdown maintenance, project work, and the improvement and development of machines. Overall, you will have the responsibility for plant maintenance and planning maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare equipment specifications and keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs, parts used, and time spent. - Plan preventive maintenance activities and diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures. - Identify root causes of malfunctions in complex systems such as motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to minimize downtime. - Perform regular maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical (Preferred) - Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance (Preferred) - License/Certification in ITI/ Diploma/ B. Tech- Mechanical (Preferred) You will also need to consider the application question related to relocation to Ongole, Prakasam (Dist), A.P.
