Their responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from design and installation to maintenance and troubleshooting.

Role & responsibilities

1. Design and Planning:

• System Design:

  Develop plans for HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, plumbing, RO, Purified Water, UPS and other essential utilities.

• Compliance:

  Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP), and local building codes.

• Energy Efficiency:

  Incorporate energy-saving measures and technologies to reduce operating costs.

• Sustainability:

  Consider environmental impact and implement sustainable practices.

2. Installation and Commissioning:

• Oversight:

  Supervise the installation of MEP systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications.

• Testing:

  Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning to verify system functionality and performance.

• Documentation:

  Create detailed documentation for future reference and maintenance.

3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Preventive Maintenance:

  Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve issues with MEP systems promptly to avoid disruptions in production.

• Emergency Response:

  Respond to emergencies and coordinate repairs to restore critical systems.
