Mechanical Engineer

As a B. Tech. Mechanical Supervisor at our visors manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth production process and achieving our production targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily deployment of manpower on machines to optimize production efficiency. - Preparation of daily production reports to track progress. - Identification and reporting of production losses along with the reasons for the same. - Continuous efforts to enhance production output while maintaining high quality standards. - Quality checks at each stage of the production process to uphold product standards. - Providing training to new employees to ensure they are well-equipped to contribute effectively. - Collaborating effectively with the team to drive collective success. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedules and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The job requires you to be based in Jalandhar, Punjab, or willing to relocate. An educational background in Bachelor's is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical knowledge and a total of 3 years of work experience.
