Job Description: Looking for a Mechanical Engineer with practical knowledge in handling and maintaining equipment used in a food processing environment. The candidate should be proactive in maintenance planning and support smooth plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery (e.g., mixers, dryers, conveyors, packaging lines). Execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Modify or design parts and fixtures to improve efficiency. Coordinate with production and quality departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare SOPs and maintenance logs. Required Skills: Familiarity with SS316/SS304 material handling and fabrication. Knowledge of utilities like boilers, compressors, chillers, and HVAC. Experience in food-grade machine design and CIP systems is an advantage. Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and mechanical safety compliance. Preferred candidate profile
