Mechanical Engineer Distillery Plant

As a Mechanical Engineer for the Distillery Green Field Plant in Raipur, you will have the following responsibilities: - Directly responsible for shift production according to the provided production schedule and conducting preventive maintenance activities before commencing production. - Responsible for overseeing shift hourly production and maintenance activities while the production is ongoing. - Handling a team effectively. - Demonstrating good knowledge of Fermentation, Liquefaction, Distillation, Milling & Dryer sections. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in the distillery, ethanol, or a similar industry. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in Raipur.
