1. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, heat exchangers, valves, gearboxes, and pressure vessels.
4. To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy.
5. Monitor implementation of LOTO during various maintenance operations at work station
8. Categorize different types of notifications and prioritize closure with contractual technician on time without delay as per checklist
9. Organize and ensure availability of different tools in the workshop
10. Report failure or replacement of instrument during calibration
11. Monitor and analyze breakdown trends and coordinates with contractors for timely handover of equipment's.
12. Ensure availability of minimum spares inventory for smooth functioning of day-to-day maintenance activities
13. Prepare the Annual Preventive maintenance plan with consultation
14. Implement PM activities and ensure compliance with annual schedule
