Mechanical Draughtsman/woman

You are a skilled Draughtsman with experience in preparing technical drawings for pharmaceutical and medical equipment. You should be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of creating accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on design specifications. This role requires close coordination with design, production, and quality teams to ensure precise and practical outputs for manufacturing. - Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings of pharma and medical equipment using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. - Work closely with design engineers to translate concepts and prototypes into technical drawings. - Revise drawings as per engineering changes and production feedback. - Maintain drawing documentation and version control. - Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and internal specifications. - Assist in preparing technical manuals, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and assembly instructions. - Coordinate with production teams to resolve any drawing-related issues during fabrication. - Support R&D and quality teams with design validation and improvements. Qualification Required: - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Drafting or Engineering. - 2+ years of relevant experience in equipment design for pharma, medical, or laboratory industries. - Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD tools is an added advantage. - Good understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, and machining processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of GMP and pharma equipment design standards is preferred.
