1. Drafting and Design:
o Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for the structural components ofboilers, including pressure and non-pressure parts, using CAD software(e.g., AutoCAD, ZWCAD, CAD Worx).o Develop layout, assembly, and detailed drawings for fabrication andconstruction purposes.o Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and projectspecifications.2. Collaboration:o Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other teammembers to understand project requirements and constraints.o Coordinate with other departments to ensure integration of structuralcomponents with other systems.3. Quality Assurance:o Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, andcompliance with relevant standards and codes.o Make revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback and changesin project scope.4. Documentation:o Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.o Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and other necessary documentation forprocurement and fabrication.5. Technical Support:o Provide technical support during the manufacturing, installation, andcommissioning phases.o Assist in resolving any design-related issues that arise during the projectlifecycle.
