Job Description

3-D Modeling and Drawings of components / assemblies related to packaging of Compressors (Centrifugal / Reciprocating / Internally Geared/Turbo etc) Migration of 2-D drawings to 3-D models using commercial engineering CAD software Maintain drawing revision control Follow defined global engineering standards and drafting practices Create fabrication drawings & pipe isometrics for ready to manufacture Implement engineering design projects Effective utilization of available tools & resources Recording and tracking of time used for various projects Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information Work Experience B.E / B.Tech / Diploma /Associate education in Mechanical Engineering with experience ranging from minimum of 2+ years to 5 years in the relevant area Hands on experience with CAD Tools like, NX in Turbo-machines (Centrifugal Compressors/Other compressors/Gas Turbines/Steam Turbines/Pumps) and preferably in Oil & Gas Domain Hand on experience with PLM tools like Teamcenter Thorough knowledge of GD&T, Drafting Standards and Welding Standards Working Knowledge of Modeling and Detailing of Turbomachinery Packages Working Knowledge on GA, P&ID, Base plate, and Auxiliary System
