Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team focused on the design and development of pressure vessels, both static and mobile pressure vessels. The selected candidate will support the design process from concept to fabrication, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME, API, and PESO regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the mechanical design and analysis of pressure vessels both static and mobile pressure vessels
• Prepare engineering drawings, general arrangements, fabrication details, and bill of materials using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Perform basic calculations related to stress, pressure, thickness, and material selection.
• Support in preparing design documents and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with fabrication, procurement, and quality teams during design finalization.
• Learn and apply relevant design codes and standards (ASME Section VIII, Div 1/2, IS 2825, etc.).
• Participate in design reviews, internal audits, and documentation processes.
• Support senior engineers in project execution and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2024/2025 pass out or recent graduate).
• Basic understanding of pressure vessel design principles.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals strength of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn design codes and industry practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Internship or academic project experience in pressure vessels or tank design.
• Exposure to software like PV Elite, Compress, or ANSYS.
• Awareness of fabrication processes, welding, and inspection methods.
