Skills Required:

Working Experience in NPD/ Sustenance projects for Medical Laboratory Instruments, Appliances or Electromechanical systems
Resources must be proficient with medical industry legacy product sustenance experience.
Interaction with suppliers in finding alternative parts, qualifying the equivalent parts by verification & validation methods
Good working knowledge on Material selection, Mfg process (Casting, sheet metal & Machining process)
Should have thorough knowledge on Engineering change control process (ECO/ECN)
Expertise in Creo working on complex castings, manufacturing drawings, large assemblies thru Windchill PDM system
Knowledge in Tooling & Fixture Design
Knowledge in Tolerance stack-up analyses in response to identified problems.
Knowledge on medical standards ISO 13485 & ISO 14971.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, team player & collaboration with global teams.
