Mechanical Design Engineer

As a Mechanical Design Engineer at Hariansh Engineering Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for creating detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models in SolidWorks. Your role will involve developing and revising designs to meet client and project requirements, preparing and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) and accurate documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. It will be your duty to ensure all designs meet industry standards and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and 3D models in SolidWorks. - Develop and revise designs to meet client and project requirements. - Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and accurate documentation. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. - Ensure all designs meet industry standards and quality requirements. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AutoCAD & SolidWorks. - Strong understanding of mechanical components, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. The preferred skills for this role include experience in sheet metal and fabrication design, as well as familiarity with 3D rendering or visualization tools.
