Mechanical Design Engineer (Fuel Dispenser Development)

We are seeking applications for the position of

Job Location: Gandhinagar ( Gujarat)

Role & responsibilities

• Create, elaborate, and manage technical drawings for sheet forming, casting (ferrous & aluminum alloys), and machined components.
  
• Work with SolidWorks, Sheet Metal, and PDM Enterprise for design and development.
  
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare system design plans, and evaluate capacity & cost.
  
• Develop testing and maintenance procedures for mechanical components and equipment.
  
• Improve product performance through design modifications and application development.
  
• Design & develop Fuel Dispensers as per

  EN 13617 / EN 14678 standards

  .
• Knowledge of

  ATEX / CCOE / PESO / OIML / W&M / CDAC

  approvals is an advantage.
• Provide technical support to solve field issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
• Prepare updated drawings, design fixtures, and develop prototypes for new products.
  
• Handle assembly projects (LPG, Meter & Pump testing) and support new projects (FENIX 2000 & 4000 Dispenser).

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

• Fuel Dispenser Design & Development experience

• Knowledge of EN 13617/EN 14678 Standards

• Knowledge of ATEX/CCOE/PESO/OIML/W&M/CDAC certifications

Level of Education and Professional Experience:

• 3-4 years in product design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
  
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and integration of electrical & mechanical systems.
  
• Expertise in CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
  
• Experience in

  Fuel Dispenser Design & Development (2+ years)

  per EN 13617/EN 14678 standards.
• Knowledge of ATEX, CCOE, PESO, OIML, W&M, and CDAC certifications (added advantage).
  
• Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience in

  LPG assemblies, automated meter/pump testing, and maintenance plans

  .
• Project experience with

  FENIX 2000 & FENIX 4000 dispensers

  from design to manufacturing & worker training.
