Mechanical Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Must have experience in the design and development of isolators/freeze dryers/cleanroom systems/liquid filling machines/containment or bio-clean systems.

Awareness about Pharma Standards and experience in Pharma Machines.

• Contribute to the development of customized Isolators and other cleanroom technologies.
• Order-related design and further development of our special-purpose machines in CAD
• Development of machine and functional concepts
• Clarification, definition, and development of machine interfaces.
• Design of modules and assemblies
• Scheduling and functional monitoring of modules, machines, and systems.
• Preparation of hourly cost calculations
• Order-related design and further development of our special-purpose machines in CAD, taking into account process and control engineering requirements according to specific customer demands within the scope of service orders.
• Development of machine and functional concepts, both internally and in collaboration with customers, as well as preparation of these concepts for detailed design.
• Clarification, definition, and development of machine interfaces.
• Design of modules and assemblies, as well as inspection and approval of part, assembly, and overall assembly drawings.
• Scheduling and functional monitoring of modules, machines, and systems.
• Preparation of hourly cost calculations for module and machine designs, as well as monitoring of design progress.
• Several years of experience and confident use of 3D CAD systems (Creo Elements, HiCAD).
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• English is must.
