Minimum Qualification: B.E / B. Tech Mechanical
Experience: 5 10 years in Fired Heater & Boiler Industry
Location: Bangalore / Delhi / Mumbai
1. The Candidate should have knowledge of Fired Heaters with typical shapes like Box/ Cabin/ Vertical cylindrical Heater, Stack, Ducting layout for APH system.
2. The Candidate should have knowledge on different type of Boilers and Waste Heat Recovery Units / HRSGs.
3. The Candidate should have knowledge of Mechanical (Pressure parts & ITS)/ structural design calculations (Staad pro) for Heaters, Boilers and APH system.
4. The Candidate should have knowledge of Creation of Plot plan, GA, FLP and pressure parts drawings and checking of GA/ FLP/ Pressure parts/ Fabrication drawings.
5. The Candidate should have knowledge of Vendor document review like Burners/ Skin thermocouples/APH/FD& ID fans/ Dampers/ SOB/ Expansion joints/ Soot blowers/ Refractory.
6. The Candidate should understand the API data sheet and P&ID for Heater, Boiler and APH system.
7. The Candidate should have knowledge of relevant Codes / Standards of Fired Heater Industry like API 560, API 530, API 535, ASME, OISD, IS800, IS875, IS 1893, IS 6533 and IBR.
8. The Candidate should have participated in Model review sessions for the Fired Heater / Boiler Packages.
9. The Candidate should be able to work independently or with minimum supervision for preparing the Mechanical deliverables as per Project schedules.
10. The Candidate should be having good communication skills in-order to interact with Client / other engineering disciplines.
11. The Candidate should have knowledge of softwares like Auto-cad, Staad Pro, MS Office, solid works etc.
