In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Site walk-downs for data collection and I/O database preparation, database partitioning from Third Party DCS / PLC systems Design and implementation of power plant controls and protection Systems Process simulation testing Design Review Meeting (DRM), Pre-FAT, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) clean-up after FAT Verification and functional testing of I/O interfaces to field devices and Supervision of control system installation, commissioning and start-up Compliance with internal and customer safety and security requirements and working with contractors / sub-contractors Encourage smooth partnership and communication with all project partners (internal project teams, customer, and on-site contractors) Who You Are: You pursue everything with energy, drive and the need to finish. For This Role, You Will Need: 4 years bachelor s degree in ECE, EEE, IC, EI. Proven experience of 4 to 10 years of in Power Plant process, project engineering and commissioning. Process knowledge of HRSG, Boiler and BOP Control System. Control design, implementation, process sequencing and protection philosophies for sub-critical / super-critical fossil fired power plants and combined cycle power plants. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Proficiency with ISA and SAMA logic symbols, Process Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and commissioning documents. Ability to optimally present information and respond to queries from management, clients and customers. Experience with major Power Plant, HRSG / Boiler / BOP manufacturer or Controls vendor. Proficiency with one or more DCS/PLC platforms (e. g. , ABB Pro Control / Bailey INFI 90 / Symphony Harmony, Yokogawa Centum VP / CS3000, Siemens T3000 / TXP, GE Mark V / VI, Mitsubishi DIASYS Netmation, Invensys, Honeywell TDC3000, MaxDNA, MetsoDNA, Alstom Alspa320, Allen Bradley / GE-Fanuc / Schneider / Siemens PLCs SCADA etc. ). - Modeller Plant 3D The Modeller Plant3D will develop plant 3D layout with given vessel, tanks pumps, fans, piping, cable trays, bought out items and structure with input from with input from design engineers and project managers. OSHA & other international standard knowledge on maintenance and operation should be conversant. The 3D model to be developed in Plant 3D software. The Modeller Plant3D should be well conversion with linking P&ID to Plant 3D piping and will ensure that 2D drawing & BOM are prepared as per Jord standard. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate design models in Autodesk Plant 3D, structure, equipment, piping, cable tray, cable tray support and pipe supports Draft P&lDs in Plant 3D Smart P&ID. Arrangement of plant layout for structure, equipment s, cable tray and piping for ease of maintenance & installation and cost effective. Piping administration is essential. Knowledge on Python is essential to create custom component in Plant 3D. Should have command in Navisworks manage for giving comment on 3D model and for clash check. Extract from the 3D model GA arrangement, layout, orthographic, isometric drawings including bills of materials Knowledge on Skid mounted 3D modelling of plant essential. Liaise with process engineers and mechanical engineers during the development of the drawings and P&lDs Interface with pipe stress engineers to resolve any pipe routing issues To generate P&ID in Plant 3D smart P&ID taking input from Lead engineer & process engineer Develop company standards for plant layout and piping design Review client specifications for piping and help identify the most appropriate plant layout Proactively communicate with project team and managers and issues arising during the design process Perform other special tasks as assigned Skills and Experience: Basic qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 to 6 years of experience as Main 3D plant developing Modeller in equipment arrangement and piping layout in the oil and gas industry, chemical industries & HRSG. Should have minimum 10 years experience in 3D piping software. And 6 to 7 years in pipping administration and drafting P&ID in smart P&ID. In-depth experience in plant, piping & equipment arrangement for various process plants and skid mounted units and pipe supports design In-depth experience and high operating skill in 2D & 3D drafting activity specifically in Plant 3D and Inventor The Modeller Plant3D should have knowledge on developing piping specification in Plant 3D. Programming knowledge on Python will be essential. Experience in Autodesk Plant 3D & P&lD administration is essential. Knowledge in piping design codes (B 31.3/ B 31.1 ) preferred. Knowledge on pipe support & cable support is essential. Working knowledge in drafting isometric for piping drawings for process plants in 3D software is essential including piping supports Experience from project start to final completion is essential, site piping erection experience is beneficial Must be able to work cross functionally / cultural with team members at all levels across multiple departments involved in different projects Very good communication skills Good reading, writing and verbal English Skills
