Control design, implementation, process sequencing and protection philosophies for sub-critical / super-critical fossil fired power plants and combined cycle power plants. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form. Proficiency with ISA and SAMA logic symbols, Process Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics. - Modeller Plant 3D The Modeller Plant3D will develop plant 3D layout with given vessel, tanks pumps, fans, piping, cable trays, bought out items and structure with input from with input from design engineers and project managers. OSHA & other international standard knowledge on maintenance and operation should be conversant. The 3D model to be developed in Plant 3D software. The Modeller Plant3D should be well conversion with linking P&ID to Plant 3D piping and will ensure that 2D drawing & BOM are prepared as per Jord standard. Duties and Responsibilities: Generate design models in Autodesk Plant 3D, structure, equipment, piping, cable tray, cable tray support and pipe supports Draft P&lDs in Plant 3D Smart P&ID. Arrangement of plant layout for structure, equipment s, cable tray and piping for ease of maintenance & installation and cost effective. Piping administration is essential. Knowledge on Python is essential to create custom component in Plant 3D. Should have command in Navisworks manage for giving comment on 3D model and for clash check. Extract from the 3D model GA arrangement, layout, orthographic, isometric drawings including bills of materials Knowledge on Skid mounted 3D modelling of plant essential. Liaise with process engineers and mechanical engineers during the development of the drawings and P&lDs Interface with pipe stress engineers to resolve any pipe routing issues To generate P&ID in Plant 3D smart P&ID taking input from Lead engineer & process engineer Develop company standards for plant layout and piping design Review client specifications for piping and help identify the most appropriate plant layout Proactively communicate with project team and managers and issues arising during the design process Perform other special tasks as assigned Skills and Experience: Basic qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 to 6 years of experience as Main 3D plant developing Modeller in equipment arrangement and piping layout in the oil and gas industry, chemical industries & HRSG. Should have minimum 10 years experience in 3D piping software. And 6 to 7 years in pipping administration and drafting P&ID in smart P&ID. In-depth experience in plant, piping & equipment arrangement for various process plants and skid mounted units and pipe supports design In-depth experience and high operating skill in 2D & 3D drafting activity specifically in Plant 3D and Inventor The Modeller Plant3D should have knowledge on developing piping specification in Plant 3D. Programming knowledge on Python will be essential. Experience in Autodesk Plant 3D & P&lD administration is essential. Knowledge in piping design codes (B 31.3/ B 31.1 ) preferred. Knowledge on pipe support & cable support is essential. Working knowledge in drafting isometric for piping drawings for process plants in 3D software is essential including piping supports Experience from project start to final completion is essential, site piping erection experience is beneficial Must be able to work cross functionally / cultural with team members at all levels across multiple departments involved in different projects Very good communication skills Good reading, writing and verbal English Skills

Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Discipline or Equivalent Designer/Drafting courses Expected: Extensive experience with the Mechanical Design of Fired Heaters An Understanding of relevant international specifications Previous experience overseeing production of all drawings regarding a Fired Heater Experience in using CAD and 3D modelling software MicroStation, Tekla, E3D etc An understanding of various types of heaters, boilers, WHRU s, HRSG s and Reformers An understanding of Instrumentation used with Fired Heaters Experience with ASTM/ASME and Euronorm materials, including high temperature alloys. Production of all drawings including General Arrangements, foundation loading plans, coils, manifolds, cast pressure parts, cast supports, steelwork, insulation, shipping etc. Support Lead/Principal Mechanical Designer with the production of material requisitions for pressure parts, castings, bellows, tube seals, selected instruments, insulation etc. Produce or review all fabrication, equipment and sub-contract requisitions Review suppliers bids for the above for technical acceptance. Post order review and approval of supplier s documents including insulation, steelwork and pressure part fabrication drawings. Respond to technical queries from clients, suppliers, fabricators and site erection contractors. Keep up to date with requirements of international specifications like ASME, ASTM, API, PED, UKCA, EPA etc. Maintain and update standard drawings library. Provide support as required to produce layouts for estimating, proposal drawings, man hour budgets etc. Calculation of material quantities Occasional visits to job site or supplier premises for data gathering, expediting etc

Role & responsibilities : Responsible for the specification, selection, and review of third-party equipment to meet the Customer and Companys needs. Capable of working across a broad spectrum of technical areas including noise control, emissions control, fluid/thermal processes, pressure vessels and pumps. Capable of taking a holistic approach to the HRSG design in order to optimize the overall equipment selection. Responsible for selection of the optimum equipment by working with other HRSG engineering team including Performance Engineers, Piping Engineers, I&C Engineers, and Structural Engineers. Responsible for evaluating, analyzing and explaining Auxiliary Equipment while working with Proposal Engineers, Service Engineers, Sourcing, Vendors, Customers, and Project Management. Responsible for technical evaluation of third-party equipment suppliers. Responsible for analysis and rectification of incorrectly performing equipment during and after installation. Capable of working with domestic and international customers and vendors. Responsible for the implementation of code requirements including hazardous area classification, and noise. Be responsible for feedback and improvements to the methods and equipment used. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements. Participate actively in various activities to secure competitiveness of HRSG product Preferred candidate profile: Must have • Role requires 3 - 5 years of experience in the Engineering/Technology & Process Engineering. Familiarity and experience with Combined Cycle Power Plants, HRSG, Boiler experience is preferred. Entry level candidate in the Engineering/Technology & Process Engineering can apply whereas candidate can demonstrate strong capabilities on defined domain and skills.

Experience : 6-10 Years, B tech/BE Mechanical Engineering Emission testing exp, boiler performance, CEMS System design and certification exp, boiler combustion firing systems and calculations, knowledge of PC/ CFB/Stoker boilers and HRSG, Familiar with draft system design. Post combustion emissions control. Knowledge of electrostatic precipitators, PJFF, SCR, SNCR, dry/wet FGD system. Knowledge of the thermal power plant, Operational exp of power plants, boiler and auxiliary systems, AQCS System Design and CEMS Certification.

Role & responsibilities 1. The Shift Operator Engineer has responsibilities of conducting periodic walk-through throughout the plant monitoring and documenting operating plant data and advice Control Room Engineer of any problems requiring immediate corrective actions 2. He will also assist under the direction of Shift Manager in restoring or isolating various plant systems in a safe manner and within the operating constraints procedures. 3. Coordinate field operational functions closely with the Control Room Engineer and Shift Manager. 4. Periodically walk-through Plant and monitor/document status of all plant systems. 5. Responding to alarms or abnormalities by reporting to Control Room Engineer or Shift Manager and taking appropriate actions as required. 6. Take directions from Shift Manager in isolation and restoration of plant equipment and systems as per operational procedures. 7. Assist Control Room Engineer in a manner that the plant operates safely and efficiently as per approved procedures. 8. Perform work in strict compliance with the Environmental Sustainability, Health and Safety Management System Rules and operating procedures and routines. 9. Ensure that Plant assets are properly maintained and functionally available and preserved during shutdown. Preferred candidate profile - Qualification & Experience: BE/ B. Tech (Mechanical & Electrical) with 2 to 5 years of experience. [preference to be given to BOE Qualified & NPTI] - Ready for fieldwork
