Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mechanical BIM Modeler. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing building information models (BIM) for various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining construction drawings, coordinating with architecture and MEP teams, and ensuring the technical accuracy and consistency of models. The role also involves adhering to project timelines and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
• Experience as a Modeler in Mechanical Electrical systems
• Strong skills in creating and managing Construction Drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to technical correctness
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in a consultancy setting or with large-scale projects is a plus
