Role: Mechanical BIM Modeler

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience Level: 2-4 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Mechanical systems as per project standards.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output.
• Prepare shop drawings, schematic layouts, and BOQs based on design inputs.
• Conduct periodic model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes.
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines.
• Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and submission logs.

Required Qualification and Experience

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
• Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100–400) is preferred.
