Mean stack developer (Module Lead)

As a part of our team in Noida, Indore, or Gurgaon, we are seeking individuals with 6 to 9 years of experience to fulfill the role of a seasoned professional with the following responsibilities: - Managing communication and Co-ordination with project manager(s), architect(s), and relevant client stakeholders. - Coordinating with the business/product team and participating in backlog grooming. - Establishing coding standards within the team and ensuring adherence to them. - Coordinating with the Development and QA teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and project delivery. - Acquiring an in-depth understanding of the current platform and product roadmap. - Ensuring the timely delivery of solutions, features, and modules with superior quality. - Establishing key metrics and benchmarks for monitoring the platform's performance. - Regularly monitoring the key metrics and taking corrective actions in case of any deviations. - Managing feature and release processes. - Conducting explorations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) of new technologies and solutions as required for features/modules. - Performing detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of any issues or outages. - Documenting platform architecture and solution approaches technically. Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in managing one or more development and QA teams. - Proficient Communication skills. - Clarity of thought. - Feature and release management expertise. - Technical documentation proficiency. Technical skills required include: - NodeJS, Angular, TypeScript. - AWS Cloud, Oracle Cloud (optional / good to have). - Experience with hybrid cloud environments. - Containerization, Microservices. - Kubernetes and container orchestration. - Service mesh and zero-trust networking. - Unit test cases. - Knowledge of Frontend frameworks (preferably Angular). - Git and version control. - CI/CD tools (like BitBucket Pipelines, ArgoCD/FluxCD).
