M&E Intern Market Research & Reporting

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at Pollinate Group, you will be involved in developing market research tools, supporting data visualization, and writing reports to enhance social impact within marginalized communities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in M&E processes in the social impact space. Key Responsibilities: - Need assessment: - Create a new model for identifying community needs beyond traditional surveys and pilot it in a nearby location. - Produce reports and share them with senior managers. - Implement the model across all operational geographies with the support of the program team. - Market research: - Develop market research tools for the SURs business. - Pilot the tools in select SUR locations. - Create a comprehensive report and present it to seniors. - Assist in implementing the tools across all Pollinate operational sites. - Data visualization: - Generate a summary report of the four major impact reports of Pollinate (SURs annual, Baseline, Community need, and Customer impact reports). - Design at least two infographics based on the SURs report and customer/community reports. Qualifications: - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Business Management, Statistics, International Development, Public Health, or a related field. - Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. - Experience: Previous experience in data collection, analysis, or research is desirable. Experience working with NGOs or in a development context is a plus.
