MDM Team Lead - Material Master Domain

As a Data Steward Team Manager, your role involves managing a team of 14 data stewards responsible for the governance and maintenance of material master data including FINI, RAW, PACK. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, conducting team meetings, monitoring daily KPIs, and ensuring the quality of work done by the team. Your key responsibilities include: - Coaching and developing the team to enhance their skills and performance - Acting as the Single Point of Contact and escalation channel for business for Operations issues along with the team - Managing the escalation process of team issues raised by the business - Conducting root cause analysis for recurring escalations and errors, and implementing CAPA for identified errors - Focusing on standardization and optimization to drive customer satisfaction - Monitoring and improving data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems - Supporting Projects and Stakeholder Collaboration by partnering with business stakeholders, IT, and data governance teams - Reacting to business changes, optimizing processes, simplifying workload, identifying risks, and alerting in time In terms of qualifications, you should have a Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, or equivalent work experience. Your working experience should include a minimum of 10 years overall experience with 5 years in MDM related functions and 2 years in a people manager role. Experience in managing operations teams, leadership skills, and expertise in SAP Material Master data and MDM application systems are essential.
