First point of contact for business teams (e.g. core business services) concerning operational issue with Material. master data • Regular engagement with the process owners, functional consultants, and the business data steward network to address issues with master data and data quality (where appropriate). • Undertake master data verification activities when allocated by the ERP integration manager (in line with the detailed data load verification plan) during data load processes. • Support the collection of new master data as part of business-as-usual operations • Review and identify conflicts related to master data during pre-load verification to prepare any required • changes aligning impacted business for approval and signoff. Collate all required changes in the master report for deployment teams with final status. • Monitor and facilitate all related master data requests for new product launch, new repack, material record amendments, new material number for API.etc) • Monitor and facilitate all related master data tickers for Service Now (e.g. Basic data, L1 for business rules creation, cost center changes, master data extraction, ..etc. ) • Material Master Workflow User access management and control. Specifications & Qualification: 2-3 years experience of working with SAP ERP master data and data quality management environment and with a detailed understanding of master data processes cross data objects, key components of MDM – Material Master, Incident & Problem Management, Bulk creation requests and very good MS Excel skills along with Analytical skills for Data Quality review. Good communication skills and can work in a team
