Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced MD in General Medicine to join our medical team. The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of post-PG clinical experience and must be capable of independently managing OPD/IPD cases, emergency medical situations, and providing comprehensive patient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of adult illnesses and chronic conditions.
• Manage outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) services.
• Provide emergency care and stabilize patients in critical conditions.
• Prescribe and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and X-rays.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with specialists when needed and refer patients accordingly.
• Advise patients on preventive healthcare practices and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in ward rounds and ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical ethics.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: MD in General Medicine from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of post-MD clinical experience.
• License: Valid Medical Council registration (State/NMC).

Key Skills:

• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in handling EMRs and hospital software systems (optional).
