Job description

Observership and Hands-On Training - 12 Months

• Basic Observation of procedures being carried out at the clinic can be done for a period of 12 months depending upon the availability of the patients in the clinic
• Hands on training of basic procedures depending upon the skills of the fellow doctor

HAIR RESTORATION OBSERVATION

Observation of the following aspects of hair restoration surgery:

• Patient selection and counselling
• Pre-operative work up, pre-op medication
• Instruments used in FUE and FUT
• Hair line designing and optimizing Excision
• Implantation by various methods
• Anesthesia in Hair transplant: Scalp, beard and chest
• Beard and other body hair Excision
• Follicular Unit Extraction as well as transplantation
• Post-operative care

Discussion on the following topics of Hair Restoration:

• Basics of trichology: Anatomy of hair & hair cycle
• Hair loss (Alopecia) in men & women
• Medical Management of Hair loss (Alopecia) in men and women
• Surgical management of Alopecia: Basics of hair transplantation, Indication, principle, technique.
• FUE vs FUT
• Eyebrow transplant
• Beard transplant
• Women hair transplant
• Revision hair transplant
• Complication associated with hair transplant
• Surgical management of Alopecia – Overview of FUE
• PRP, Meso therapy and Laser Helmet for Alopecia management
• SMP – Scalp Micro-pigmentation

Hands on training and experience of extraction of grafts on models and patients with all biological and technical assistance (depending on surgical skills of Doctor).

Cosmetology Observation

• MDA
• Chemical Peels I: Salicylic acid peel, Glycolic acid peel, TCA Peel, Lactic Peel, Argi peel
• Chemical Peels II: Yellow Peel, Black Peels, Combination Peels
• Laser Hair Removal: Diode
• Q-switch NdYAG Laser
• RFA for mole, skin tags, wart, DPN removal
• CO2 Laser: Fractional Ultra pulse and Conventional
• Derma Roller
• MNRF
• PRP as anti-ageing (Vampire lift), Scars, stretch marks, etc
• Injectables: Botox & Fillers
• Threads: Mono Threads, Cog Threads
• Combination treatments with various modalities

Discussion on the following topics:

• Botox: discussion on Upper face, Mid face, Lower face- indications
• Fillers: discussion on basic and advanced indications
• MNRF

Non-Surgical OBSERVATION

Observation of the following:

• Non-ablative RF and Ultra sound for skin tightening: How does it work?
• RF + Ultra sound for face tightening
• RF + Ultra sound for Double chin reduction
• RF + Ultra sound + Mesolipolytic Injections for cellulite reduction body shaping andcontouring: Jelly arm, belly fat, thighs.
• HIFU

Discussion on the following topics:

• Understanding Non-ablative RF and Ultra sound for skin tightening
• HIFU

*Hands-on will be given as per the skills of the trainee doctor( 50-100 grafts in the last couple of cases).

Cost: INR: 2 L + 18% GST ( Non negotiable)

Range of Stipend

• After 03 months : 80000/- per month.
• After 06 months : 01 Lac per month.
